On December 17, 2025, our company officially announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Youfu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Youfu”). The two parties will focus on Kingdee AI Xingkong and, drawing on Powtran Technology’s extensive industry experience, embark on a new chapter in Powtran Technology’s digital and intelligent transformation. By integrating technology, products, and service systems, we will jointly build a one-stop, practical, and sustainable digital empowerment platform.
The signing of this strategic partnership marks a crucial step forward in the deepened collaboration between the two companies as they jointly drive the digital transformation of industries.
