On November 20, 2025, the Alumni Forum and Powtran Technology Campus Recruitment Seminar were successfully held in the Lecture Hall of the University Activity Center at the Weihai Campus of Harbin University of Science and Technology. Co-organized by the Career Guidance Center of Harbin University of Science and Technology and the Alumni Association, this event attracted extensive participation from many students. 
 

At the outset of the briefing session, relevant school officials extended a warm welcome to the company and briefly introduced its development journey and industry influence. As a high-tech enterprise founded by our university’s distinguished alumnus, Chairman Zhang Haijie, Powtran Technology has been deeply engaged in the fields of power electronics and intelligent control for many years. With strong growth momentum, it has become one of the industry’s leading benchmarks. 

Director Wang, the head of campus recruitment at the company, provided a detailed introduction—combining video presentations with PowerPoint slides—of the company’s profile, corporate culture, talent development strategy, and job information for this campus recruitment drive. It is reported that this recruitment is aimed at graduates from the class of 2026 and plans to offer multiple positions covering four major areas: technology research and development, technical support, marketing, and functional management. The specific job roles and required majors are as follows: 
 

During the interactive session, students eagerly asked questions about career development paths, job requirements, salary and benefits, and other topics. The company representatives patiently answered their queries, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere at the event. After the session, more than 80 students submitted their resumes, covering majors such as electrical engineering, automation, and marketing. The company will schedule preliminary interviews and specialized written tests in several rounds. Moving forward, the university and the company will continue to explore collaborative models that integrate industry, academia, and research, jointly cultivating high-quality talents who meet the needs of the industry.
