Recently, the PI120PLUS series variable frequency drives, independently developed by Guangdong POWTRAN Power Electronics Co., Ltd., have officially obtained two key certifications—CE‑EMC (Certificate No. RLT2605155‑C01) and CE‑LVD (Certificate No. RLT2605155‑C02)—following rigorous testing and certification by the internationally recognized Rhenish‑Lab Certification & Testing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. This milestone signifies that the PI120PLUS series now fully complies with European market access requirements in both electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety, further strengthening POWTRAN’s position as a trusted partner in the global high‑end market.

🔧 Rigorous testing, passing both checks on the first try

CE‑EMC electromagnetic compatibility certification, based on multiple current standards including EN 61000‑6‑1:2019, EN 61000‑6‑3:2021, EN IEC 61000‑3‑2:2019+A2:2024, EN 61000‑3‑3:2013+A2:2021+AC:2022‑01, and EN IEC 61800‑3:2023, conducts a comprehensive assessment of the product’s immunity and emission levels under complex electromagnetic environments—covering conducted disturbances, radiated disturbances, harmonic currents, electrostatic discharge, and electrical fast transient/burst phenomena. The PI120PLUS has successfully passed all tests and complies with the EU EMC Directive 2014/30/EU.

CE‑LVD Low Voltage Directive certification rigorously aligns with EN 61800‑5‑1:2007+A1:2017+A11:2021, conducting a comprehensive safety assessment of the product across multiple dimensions—including electrical clearances, creepage distances, dielectric strength, protection against electric shock, temperature rise, and grounding continuity—fully complying with the safety requirements of the EU Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.

This certification is primarily based on the PI120PLUS 5R5G3 model, with additional models covering the entire PI120PLUS series—including four voltage ratings (G1, G2, G3, and G4)—as well as a wide range of power specifications such as 0R4G, 0R7G, 1R5G, 2R2G, 004G, 5R5G, 7R5G, 011G, and 015G.
